Hi I am new on here. I have POF since I was 35. I am now 47 and have not had periods for over 10 years. I had all the symptoms, hot flushes being the worst with some vaginal dryness. Never had many other major issues. Just lately my hot flushes have suddenly stopped, I have increased vaginal discharge (normal colour, smell etc) and sore nipples. Has anyone else experienced this.? I find it strange that this has just come on. Nothing, other than COVID, has changed.
Thanks in advance for any help :)

Hi! HORMONES >:( ::)
Do read the threads on vaginal atrophy and bladder issues. Make notes ;-).
Sore nipples are usually a result of hormonal changes.
