Hi
I meant to post about this earlier and got side tracked.
Dr Newson has done an instagram live with a hairdresser about hrt/meno and hair. I know this is a problem for some of you so you might want to give it a listen.
Only available tomorrow morning now though I think x

Thank you 🌷

Oh damn must have missed this post somehow, can i find it anywhere else?
-
She sometimes puts her instagram lives on the resources/video section of her website Menopausedoctor.co.uk

Thank you Bobidy i will have a look :)

The hairdresser was saying about iron supplements, having thyroid checked etc. General good diet and lifestyle.
Hair loss occurs 3 months after the cause.
There was some kind of hair system he was talking about too but I can't remember what he said sorry x

Thanks Bobidy.
Stellajane what are gummies? Not a term I am familiar with!

They are suppliments in a jelly sweet form.

Thank you for the link, but i could hardly hear a word Dr Newson was saying, the male hairdresser was clear enough though
I find a lot of these videos are very quiet, stll waiting for my hair to come back, and well post menopausal when i lost it

Might work for others but I don't think the gummies worked much for me...took them for hair and nails and nails still as weak as anything! Nice to eat though..like a sweet!
