Title: Post Ablation HRT

Hi all,
I had an ablation 4 years ago and have been peri for 4 or 5 years, finally started HRT yesterday oestrogel 2 pumps daily and Utrogestan x 1 at night and reading this forum I realise I know very little about the whole subject.  Hello to you all and fingers crossed this new combo makes a difference, although I've a headache today and so hoping that won't last! xx

Hi LouMoore. I'm not on the same HRT as you but just wanted to welcome you. You will get lots of help, support and friendship on here. I'm sure someone will be along soon who has knowledge of the oestrogel/utrogestan regime.
