Morning. Maybe put the product name into the search box to see if threads pop up, make notes ;-)

Take the first day of your bleed as day 1, then take utro days 15-26.

Unfourtunately I cant remember when day 1 was and Im several days in..any ideas?

I know one day is like another at the moment if you're locked down. I presume you're changing from a continuous regime are you? Well if it's a few days into the bleed then hazard a guess. It's not going to matter that precisely. However make sure you take the full course of 200 mg Utrogestan when you do start and ideally vaginally if you can. This is assuming you are not peri-menopausal or is this a natural period you're talkiing about?

I have no idea..I think Im post menopausal because i went a year then a bleed then another year before I started HRT. I just dont know with having the bleeding now should i carry on with the 200mgs utro tbat i strted 2 nights ago or will this contribute to the bleeding or should i stop now and start with oestrogen only for 2 weeks then utro for 2 weeks.?

Ring your GP or local pharmacist in the morning then let us know. It will take the guess work out.

Hi Nettie3070
If you started the course of 200 mg utrogestan two days ago then I would finish the course if you think you are post-menopausal but if the heavy bleeding is unusual and you are worried then speak to your doctor.
