Title: Switching from elleste to novofem. HOW DO I DO THIS?

Hi, my first post. I'm having to switch from elleste to novofem due to the shortages. Very confused as to how I do this as info says speak to doctor. I think they have enough to deal with at the moment!!!! Do I have to leave it a few days before taking new one. Any advice please ladies. X

Both products contain the same ingredients so I can't see any reason why you shouldn't use the Novofem straight away.

...assuming you have a complete pack of Elleste Duet then as Lanzalover says - finish that pack and start the Novofem straight away. If for some reason you don't have a complete pack of Elleste then just make sure you start the Novofem at the same point in the pack.
