Title: Bleed amount over time

Hi all

Can anyone tell me if it is normal to have less monthly bleeding over time when on the same patch dose?
I'm on a 150 patch dose with 12 days Utrogestan monthly and have noticed less and less bleeding each month and less cramping as well.
I'm 55 so my own hormones should have stopped falling by now surely?   ???
