Title: Goats on the loose in Llandudno

 :o. Kashmiri goats live on the Gt Orm but since the lockdown have braved the streets of the town.  How is it that wild goats can move around without a Licence when farmers have to jump through hoops and firewalls B4 they even load their stock?

All that hair going free for birds' nests  ;D and certainly if they were eating my garden plants, they would be in for being chased down the road!
