Hi all
I'm sure Estrogel users probably already know, but I've found that with the new shaped bottles when you think they have run out do not throw them away. Just run them alongside a new bottle for a few days and you'll get 1 more pumps worth out of the old bottle each day once the pump mechanism has gone up again x

Yes I've found there are more pumps in the bottle than it says x

Yes, something the tight fisted amongst us have already discovered :whist:
I never waste any when I start a bottle either, I'm careful to stop pressing as soon as I see it in the nozzle, then start a full pump.

Sheila99... I don't waste any either with the first pump 😃

Yes, it used to say discard the first 3 pumps which is loads of gel. I don't. I discard a little pump, maybe as big as a peanut, then use it. If it's less effective for a day it's no great shakes.
I think I've mentioned before that I write the date I start it on the top of the cap so I know when it's due to run out in case I go on holiday etc (like that's going to happen in the next 18 months!!!). That helps too. But it's amazing how much you can get out of one of those suckers! X
