Title: Hi :-)
Post by: jocrow on March 28, 2020, 12:09:43 AM
Hi all, I'm new here

I'm 46 and I think peri's been doing its thing for a while, but it came along with a wallop last year.
I'm about to start HRT for the first time - Sandrena + Utrogestan
I've been reading various stuff about how to do it and I'm a bit confused. My last period started Friday 13th March and whilst the cycles are still chopping and changing, anything between 15 and 29 days, do I wait until the first day of my next period to start Sandrena, or can I start it now?
Thank you
Jo  :)

Hi jocrow, best to start on day 1 of your bleed so the hrt cycle is in step with your own.
