Title: Hormones

Hi ladies I was wondering if any of you have experienced that when your periods become longer in between ie 3 months apart did you find that your hormones were more on an even keel than when you were still having periods every month. My period was 3 months in between and I felt more balanced. I have now taken a period and feel hormones all over the place again.
Any advice would be appreciated . X
