Thanks for posting Dotty :), so women should not be tempted just to leave their Mirena after the allotted time, if using it for HRT (strictly 4 years although some docs say leave for 5) as well as for contraception.

My Mirena has been in for 4 years in April, so it is OK to leave for 5?

I think recent advice is that the Mirena can be used for 5yrs for HRT. X

I got mine for HRT and was told 4 to 5 years. X
