My estrogen patches keep coming off... do you have any tips to keep them on?

Where are you sticking them and are you following the instructions to the letter? It's really annoying when they won't stick!

You can get a thing called tegaderm from Amazon it is a clear film dressing that sticks over the top, Patches do not move. Hope this helps x

Wash the area with Simple soap, warm patch between your wrists and will stick fab. I had lots of issues with mine peeling Estraderm, they are huge !, not had one peel since that method, not even in bath or shower.  I stick them on my bum cheek.   ;D

I used to put a strip of micropors tape across mine!!

Change to gel? I could never get them to stick. Better on front of thigh than bum but I don't think I ever got a full dose.
