Title: Bleeding on Utro and Sandrina?

Hello all
Any idea why I've started bleeding heavily?? Im on 100mg Utro nightly and a sachet of Sandrina every morning. Usually I do about 25 days of Utro then have a week off to provoke a light bleed but this is half way through and is heavy? Wondering if I should stop the gel for a couple of days? Could it be a real period breaking through? I went 11 months of no periods prior to starting HRT. Thanks all xx
