Evening everyone,
I am going to really show my ignorance here.
I am having severe problems with PMT so bad last month . However I have discovered it may be the utrogestan that I take from day 15 today 26. I start to feel a bit off as soon as I take it and it gets gradually worse. I know I need the progesterone part to protect my womb.
So it has been suggested that I take Utrogestan vaginally.
My question is ...do I use the same tablets vaginally? I feel a bit thick asking but I don't know. Also will this help?
Apologies for those having their dinner xx😘 moon xx

Yes, just push them up as far as you can.

Wasn't eating dinner, have finished my breakfast though ;)
Nothing is stupid here. If we don't ask, we don't find out.
Do you keep a food/mood/symptom diary? Many ladies find this part of the treatment difficult, if you put the product name into the search box you will find that you are not alone!

Forgot to say it's better just before bed. Gravity...

😂🤣🤣Thanks Everyone this made me lol in the midst of all this. I haven't tried a mood diary but have been eating quite healthy. However have also felt stressed lately . I will try vaginally next cycle and see if I can tolerate it better. Thank you so again for the fabulous advice😘😘
