Does anyone get uterine cramps when using Estrogel?

I had cramps for the first couple of months when starting HRT. Have you been using it for long?

hi

i found when using on my inner thighs i got really bad tummy bloating i've been using on my arms which has helped a little. it my arms feels heavy x

I have been using Estrogel since Jan 4th and I've been getting a lot of cramps and the backache I used to get when my period was due.  I'm hoping this will stop soon or I may consider other options.

It's so frustrating, HRT helps with some meno symptoms but now I have side effects to put up with :(

The early symptoms are often the same as you would get before a period. Your body is beginning to react to the increase in oestrogen. It takes up to three months for side effects to settle so don't be too despondent. Which progesterone are you using?
