Title: to much progesterone
Post by: Sammiejane on February 25, 2020, 03:44:23 PM
hi ladies

i?m worried that utrogestan 100mg is to much progesterone for the amount of estrogen i?m taking 2 pumps of gel

2 pumps of gel is 1500 mcg although aware only 10 percent obsorbed so your getting 150mcg

against 100,000 mcg progesterone which 10-20percebt obsorbed 10,000 or 20,000 and i've been feeling as though i?m feeling progesterone more then estrogen in a sense i have now flushes dryer vagina etc so should i increase gel to balance things i can't take utro every other day as makes me feel worse i feel like i only need half this dose but there isn't a 50 available x

100mg of progesterone is the right amount for up to 4 pumps of gel. X

As you?re not taking it to protect the womb you can have any amount so maybe try alternate days.

50mg is only available through private doctors.
