Hi ladies, just a question I would like to ask you all that are on hrt . Does your skin improve regarding dryness, plumpness and overall brighter on hrt.
I am not on hrt but Iam peri and my skin has became so dry on face, I have tried all sorts of moisturiser but to no avail! Even after a shower I feel skin on chest area becomes so itchy. Any advice would be great. Thanks. X

As oestrogen levels drop the body may become dry: inside and out. Skin, deep in the ears, nostrils, vagina .......
There are several recommendations for moisturisers - browse round?

I've been on HRT for 12 years and though it's helped enormously with hot flushes, vaginal dryness and mood swings it didn't change my dry skin on face, legs and arms. I use lots of moisturiser and body lotions and try to keep my water intake up. I'm 66 now.

I take collagen capsules, quite pricey (around 28 pounds for 30) my skin is pretty good, vitamin e is also good as Clio said, you can buy it in a moisturiser too :)

I'd throw in taking evening primrose oil and eating avocados.

CBD oil is good for the skin if you take the drops by mouth twice a day and rub a CBD balm on as a moisturiser.🌹
