I've been using oestrogel for some time (along with utrogestan) and love it! I've been applying it on my inner thighs but the skin has become irritated, not sure if it's the gel or just my dodgy skin. Anyway, apart from upper arms, is there anywhere else I can apply the gel so I can alternate sites a bit more? I seem to remember sandrena could be applied to the lower abdomen or inner forearms, but I used that a good few years ago so recommendations may have changed.
Thanks!

Upper arms and thighs are the recommended places Doris47. The gel has ethanol (alcohol) in the carrier for the oestrogen so it might be that that is irritating you? I move my doses around, sometimes on the thighs sometimes on the arms, so it's not everyday in one place.

Hi doris. I apply sandrena gel to front of leg between a few inches above knee and top of thigh.
Dont know how many pumps you are on but I used 3mg so 3 x 1mg sachets/doses and although I applied them at same time each morning I did each dose on a seperate patch of skin. So first sachet rubbed in then second one a bit higher not over the first one. About a palm sized area each dose. It worked well for absorption and didnt irritate doing it that way.

Think I read on the forum that outer thigh is what some specialist were recommending nowadays.
Drop it in the search box.
