Hi all
I'm having a really rough time lately. I've suffered anxiety for about 9 years with panic and anxious about going anywhere. I could cope though. The last year has been significantly worse and different. I'm on hrt and low dose sertraline. I use 2 pumps of oestriogel and utrogestan. Up to 4 weeks ago I used utrogestan for 12 days of the month but the doctor said because I've been on hrt for 4 years I can go continuous which I've done. I'm 50 years old. I'm not sure where my periods are or if I'm still having them. After the utrogestan break I would bleed for about 2 days at most. It would take about 10 days to come. At the moment I'm so nauseous, cant relax, buzzy feeling and shattered. I get sudden feelings of dread and panic come over me and feel sad all of a sudden. What is all this?

Yes as well as taking to vaginally I continue to take it on a cycle to avoid just those types of side effects. There is no way I would take it all the time although some are fine with it. Presumably you are on 100 mg dose? I now do long cycle ( well post-meno) with approval of my doc so I take the prog every 6 weeks or so and unfortunately have to put up with a bleed - not fun in your 60's but needs must ::).
Hurdity x
