So, my experience of peri so far has been plenty really bad night sweats (that started November 2018) but no hot flushes during the day.
I did have one experience in March 2019 when I could feel a heat creeping up my face one evening when I was out. I'm normally freezing all the time (always been like that) so it stuck in my mind. But that was that.
I know things could change, but is it normal to have only night sweats without hot flushes?
I have a ton of the other peri symptoms that are on the 34 symptom checklist, btw. So I'm not just having night sweats.

Yeah, I have insomnia too. I had it bad for 8 years from 2007-2015. I only slept 4 hours a night.
It got better after 2015 and I was sleeping pretty normally until this cr*p hit. Now it's terrible again.

Have you tried taking a Benadryl? The ones with acrivastine it has to be,they?re not addictive and they don't make you like a zombie either, they just give you a rested sleep, they?re antihistamines,Was jillydoll that told me about them and they?re fab if you haven't slept well for a few nights
