Hi KateF??.are you on testosterone as part of your hrt regime? Has it ever been discussed.  I had similar problems and the oestrogen and progesterone didn't fix it on their own.  I was given testosterone - 1 blob 3 times a week 6 months after I started the other stuff and my libido gradually came back and the sensations and ideas which had disappeared completely have come back.

HRT hasn't helped me either I also don't suffer from virginal dryness. My Testosterone level was virtually non existent, I was eventually given Testogel. It's worth going to your GP for a referral.

Hi KateF - I see from your other post you are on Kliovance which means continuous progestogen. Although this is a testosterone based progestogen - and as such some women find it helps with libido etc, others find taking a progestogen all the time very sedating and depressing and that libido is dampened. Progesterone itself definitely has this property - it is oestrogen and testosterone that stimulate our libido. Also oral oestrogens can depress libido too because they stimulate a compound in the body called SHBG ( Google it!) which binds to free testosterone (such that you have) making it unavailable in the body. The first thing I would do is change to transdermal HRT and maybe also go back to a cycle for a bit and a different progestogen - and see how you feel after a few months. Then if no better then think about testosterone as suggested by Ladybt and Yorkshire Girl.

Incdientally testosterone has not really made a difference to my libido - but my response (including sensations) - well  ::) - everything's excellent in that department - having disappeared completely to a damp squib.

"virginal dryness"  ;D - I love these phone autocorrect typos!!! The mind boggles at these poor dried up virgins  ::).
