Last Saturday/Sunday: travelled 11 hours to Arizona for 6 days work.
Gorgeous sunshine and warmth, but my body clock was all over the place and never really settled in (had insomnia for 7 years, 2007-2015 where I only ever slept 4 hours a night, so I know how this feels)
Slightly stressful work situation, but everyone I was working with (I didn't know/had never met most of them) was absolutely lovely.
Saturday just past: 10 hours travel home again.
Sleeping a bit better, but only a few hours at a time, even at night. Feeling panic, feeling of doom, and feeling all over the place. Palpitations.

Jet lag will have a massive impact on your already stressed hormones. My trips to Australia have been very tough over the last few years and made my migraines much worse.
I think because we are so sensitive to our circadian rhythm when hormonal (as in 2am flushes, 5am anxiety, etc.), the jet lag just throws the body-clock into turmoil.
It will settle in a few days.

Just exhausted. Want to sleep all the time.
