Title: Even spacing of patches/tablets and avoiding bleeding

I have just had an interesting discussion with my osteopath about post meno bleeding caused by HRT. We are similar age and both on HRT so we discuss aspects of treatment.
She has found that if she takes her tablets at evenly spaced intervals, she doesn't bleed at all. She suggested I try applying patches at Exactly 3.5 days apart instead of 4 day and 3 day intervals as I do now.
Has anyone else tried this?  Did it make any difference?
