Title: Oestrogel question

Hi
New to the site and new to gel.
I have been prescribed one pump each day. Looking at the instructions it does say normal dose is 2 measures / 2 pumps. Therefore you can put one lot of gel for example on each shoulder.
As I have only been prescribed one pump, should I split this between both shoulders or just put on one.
Sorry if it seems a silly question.

If you are only on one pump, you apply it all to the one area.
