Title: What now..help!!!

Hi All...after some advice(thankyou ladies) devided to change from continuous progesterone back to cyclical.As Id run out of utrogesteron I thought now was a good time so stopped 4 days ago with the utrogesteron, (continuing with oestrogel) but when do I need to restart.? Any help greatly appreciated xx

Hi Nettie3070 - you start again after 14 days - use the utro for 12 alongside the gel - stop. You should then get a bleed.

Normally the cycle should start on day 1 of the month run 15 days on gel only - start utro at night for days 15-26 and then start again on day 15.  As you have been using it continuously just to change you over you could wait until the lst of Feb.  It won't do you any harm nothing bad will happen and would make it easier to follow. x
