Title: Tempero mandibular joint dysfunction

Anyone ales suffer from this, aching joint beside ear and causes tension type headaches on both sides too. Also have ringing and whooshing noise in ear.
Have joint stiffness and pain due to menopause, is this just another symptom?
Anyone have any suggestions to treat? Tried anti inflammatory, helps for bit but always comes back.

Yes I have clicking jaw and hearing loss/tinnitus right side, all started in perimenopause, sadly no improvement even with HRT, had MRI, nothing untoward....just learnt to live with it.
Jaw ache is horrible some days 😟
