Hi there.
I am desperately looking for help and advice.
I've suffered usual peri stuff and I am now struggling with horrendous night sweats as well as insomnia plus up for the toilet (which I never used to do). I've started taking sage, starflower oil, multi vit and a vit d complex.
This is really starting to effect my home and work life and don't know what else to do other than looking at HRT.
I read somewhere you can go to a doctor who can prescribe a HRT think natural prescription ? I'm in Glasgow.
On top of this my mood is really low and I'm flying off of the handle constantly.
Been a really tough Christmas 😢😢.

I am likely near post meno (now 8 months with no period) and since last summer my night sweats and sleeping issues have flared up and whilst I initially had issues with HRT (Utrogestan and certain progesterone) I am now in a place where I need to be able to sleep to be able to work at all. I suggest you give HRT a try since for me - during the short time I tried some HRT - this did have a positive effect on night sweats and sleep as well as mood for me. Can you go to your GP and get HRT prescribed? You could start with transdermal patches or some lower dose and see how you get on. I hope you find something that works. All the best, AG

Sorry what is local HRT? Seen Doc this morning and asked if she was aware of any help sourcing doctors who go down the natural approach rather than chemical.. to be blunt she wasnt interested :(
