F, Start telling others of your Anxiety. And hear the relief when others open up to you about there Anxiety or someone they know.

G,Don't  be down on yourself when what you have read or have been told to relieve your anxiety symptoms does not work.

I,Your hormones are controlling what you are feeling right now not you.

J,Tell the bad thoughts to go away.

K,Feel strong and proud that we are all behind you and we have felt this way to.

It is a bit of an anxious time, even without all the hormones flying about! Every year I am bah humbug about it all, last year we were "asked" (aka booked in without argument) for Christmas lunch out and I worried about it for weeks beforehand then had a wonderful day.

Yesterday was the first time we had lunch together as a family in years, and it was fabulous. But as with every year, I'm glad it's all done and dusted. I think I'm a freak of nature, I like the whole idea of laying around watching TV and not doing much, but the reality is I like a bit of structure and routine, and find myself getting bored. I don't like Sundays and this feels like about 10 Sundays strung together!
