Hey chicks!
I have seen some on here who have seen meno specialists tell them to apply O gel to outer thigh, and also to rub it in not let air dry.
Obv the product info itself instructs among other places inner thigh and air dry so which is best and why?
I've been outer thighing it, but get tired of it having a sticky residue at times from the heat of my thighs being together when I sit for example.
It then sticks to my jammies from the body heat and contact. Not the biggest problem in the universe I know but it's annoying me. I don't want to lose the effectiveness as a result if the outer thigh is less good at absorption. What's a gal to do!?
What do you think?

I apply it to outer arms and across back of shoulders, i don't have skinny upper thighs so don't want to walk like John Wayne until it dries ;D

I apply to shoulders and outer arms too. I don't like the feel of it on my inner thighs x

I'm inner thighs, just above the knee, about a hand sized area. I rub in until virtually dry, leave it 10 mins whist teeth cleaning etc and then dress. I do this am and pm x

I can't see any logic in it. They might say inner thigh because the skin is thinner or blood supply better but then why outer arms? I suspect it's outer arm to keep it away from the breasts. The amount of subcutaneous fat might make a difference but I have very little on my shoulders. As long as you avoid dodgy areas I'm not convinced it makes any difference but as long as you stick to the same place you should get the same dose which is the important thing.

I'm just starting the gel too. Using 4 pumps as was prescribed 100mcg patch.
Is it important to put in same place to get same dosage each day? I've used it inner thighs and up arms to shoulders.
Bit confusing as some people are rubbing it in and instructions say to apply lightly and allow to dry!
Thank you
