Title: Veggie progesterone

Anyone recommend a veggie( no gel caps)bio identical  progesterone? Utrogestan have gelatine capsules, so can't use them.i have to oestrogen sorted with gels but can't find this. Cheers .  Nhs Scotland area ...many thanks

Hi Gmckb1 - don't know if these are still available but worth asking your doc. Also there's crinone gel and cyclones suppositories which can both be used vaginally, again not sure of availability. They're all used to support pregnancy so may have been replaced by utro. Worth asking though.

Sorry, typo, should say Cyclogest.
