Title: So we can’t get hold of estrogen patches... what’s a sensible swap... ?

I know everyone is different.. and a change in HRT can be difficult to get right and regulate but.. if we cannot get hold of the patches anytime soon what's a sensible alternative?   

I want to be prepared if at all possible.  I have a handful of patches left sadly.   I am on Evorel 50 x 2 per week and Merina coil.

Yes gel, I ran out of patches and can't get them so I'm on gel. Unfortunately the doctors ect think one size fits all. Well it doesn't. I feel awful and am really upset I can't get my patches. 20 years menopausal and still not settled on something thanks to silly manufacturers:( xx

So have many of you tried a move to estrogen gel after patches and how did that go?

Dunno TT- I went from gel to patches as I just didn't get on with the gel. I'm dreading the thought of having to go back ☹️
