Hi all I'm new and really glad I found this site. I am nearly 53 and in hindsight it seems likely I have been in the perimenopause for around 4 years. My periods however have been extremely regular (possibly too regular every 22/23 days) until the beginning of this July when I missed one. Six weeks later I had a period and then another back to back. Is this normal please as I am worrying? (my anxiety is very bad at the moment anyway)

Hi yes that's very normal. Periods can become more frequent or less frequent and can get heavier or lighter. It's the joys of peri menopause unfortunately x
