Title: Application of Oestrogel a.m & p.m Question

Hi

Quick question. My meno dr advised 2 pumps of Oestrogel in the morning and the 3rd (and 4th) at night.

If you do this do you wash your inner thighs again first at night before applying?

Sometimes when I have to go out early in the morning there is not time for a shower or bath first before applying my gel and no I don't wash my thighs before I apply it.  I do all mine in the morning...all 4 pumps bobidy...but I wouldn't worry about washing before applying at night.  Any reason why doctor recommended splitting the dose...sorry if you have already said in another post.

Thanks, I didn't ask her why sorry. I wonder if it's an absorption thing?
