Hi
I use 2 pumps of gel at night and 12 days of utrogestan each month. How soon after finishing your 12 days of utrogestan should you have a bleed? I'm on my 9th day of taking utrogestan and still haven't bled from when I stopped taking it

My bleeds start 4 days after my last dose of utrogestan and the bleed lasts 4 days, with the 2 of those being proper bleeding and 2 of them being brownish discharge. Sometimes women don't bleed on a cycle, I have seen some posts on this forum that say as much...it means that your womb lining is not thick enough to shed Michelle46.
If you are just starting out, then things may not have settled into a routine yet. it can take up to 3 months to settle into a regular pattern.

I've been on this regime for 3 years now.

Is it always 9 days since stopping the utro or is this a new thing that you are not getting a bleed regularly Michelle46?
-
It's always been 6 days but today it is 10 or 11 days which is strange

Your lining must be very thin Michelle. I don't think there is anything to worry about it just keep and eye on it and see what happens next time. x
