Hi. Just had my blood results back and my testosterone levels are free T 27 pmol/L and Estrogen is at 394 pmol/L , I know testosterone is too high and I am reducing this amount , is my Estrogen to high as well ? I am still having break through bleeds am awaiting hysteroscopy I'm also on utrogestan 100 every night should I be doing anything else to help myself this hrt confuses the hell out of me 🤪 thanks for any feedback 🙏

My oestrodiol level is currently 413 and was told by HRT consultant yesterday that was perfectly normal. (I have been told by other meno specialist that they aim for between 250 & 400).
I am on Everol 125 and Cyclogest nightly 200. I have also had a bit of bleeding every 3-4 wks, and was told by consultant that its a downside of using natural progesterone (which Utrogesten also is). She asks about smear tests, then gets me to have 6 monthly ultrasound to check endometrium (which has all been fine so far).
