Title: Taking HRT but feeling anxious and nervous sometimes
Post by: ladylollipop on August 19, 2019, 10:55:56 AM
Hi, I am on HRT for a year now. But I still have days or weeks where I feel anxious and nervous ( my main symptoms) again. Is that normal?

My anxiety took 3 months to go. How much E are you on and have the symptoms changed while you've been on it? It might be that you need a higher dose or it might be that meno isn't the cause.

Thanks for your reply. I pretty sure it is the menopause because my estrogen was very very low when I started the HRT. I always was a nervous person maybe the menopause made it worse.

Perhaps you need a hike in dose for 3-4 months and review?

Well the problem might also be that I had to change my regime because my patches aren't available. So I take a spray since yesterday
