I went on HRT primarily because of bad sinus type headaches. They were much improved, but have recently worsened and are more debilitating than ever. I am currently on a sequi regime (now 57 and was having fairly regular periods a year ago when I began HRT). I was wondering if it may be better to change to a conti regime to avoid ups and downs of different hormones. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has successfully treated headaches and what they use. Thanks x
