Title: Food News! Not BREXIT but the weather

 ;D causes cauliflower and sprout shortages.  Heavy rain across Lincolnshire in June where most of the caulis for the UK Market are grown, wiped out.  Those grown in main land Europe, wilted due to the heat  ::)

I will miss my sprouts  :-\

The cauliflowers we grow are usually small but this year they have been much bigger. It will be interesting to see what our sprouts are like. Our beetroot plants are still small.

No cauli in stock at Sainsburys and lettuce doubled in price!! >:(  x

There was a warning about lettuce in May  :o ..... again, weather conditions, not Brexit ;-).  I don't like lettuce anyway.
