Morning.
Does anyone use these?

You need these when you are dehydrated. If you are sweating a lot - maybe due to hot flushes - then a little salt can be helpful - but you shouldn't need electrolytes if you are eating a good diet and drinking enough water. DG x

Thanks. My diet is good but every morning I wake up feeling so sore and like I've been hit by a bus.

When does it stop lol

Autumn69 - that is a difficult question to answer. In my experience it has never stopped - I am now 63 and have been 3 years without HRT. The idea that the Menopause is something you ‘go through' and come out the other side feeling OK, is a misconception. I think it is about adjusting your life and accepting the changes. There is no going back to the way you once were.
I'm sure some women have few meno problems and actually find being without periods very freeing. There are also some who do find symptoms subside and they are then OK. Expecting HRT to fix everything is another misconception; HRT doesn't delay the menopause but it can give you a better quality of life which will enable you to cope better overall. Railing against what the menopause does to you(I do this all the time) is pointless - Finding a way to live with the consequences of oestrogen deficiency is a day to day struggle for many of us and I now just crave a quieter life with less stress :-\
