Title: What causes nausea - E or P?
Post by: wuzzie on August 11, 2019, 04:30:03 PM
Nausea seems to be my main symptom at the moment, that and waking early with anxiety.  Is this likely to be the P or the E?

I don't know except that I would feel nauseous in the 2/3 days prior to a period  :-\.  Awful.  What causes morning sickness?

I get it too.

When you think about it what causes it during pregnancy?  Gotta be hormones.

I think it depends on the individual. In pregnancy - it is high oestrogen and/or high progesterone. Increased oestrogen I think (as part of HRT) also causes it for some women. Also the change from high to low or low to high can cause nausea I think too.....
