Title: 3 months done on femoston 2/10 new regime needed

Hi ladies i am 3 days away from being on femoston 2/10 for 3 months (last time i started this it worked within 10 wks). Symptoms remaining are hot flushes, night sweats tho' not every night, feeling flat, crying, headaches, loss of appetite and difficulty getting to sleep.

I was thinking of trying estradot 100 and provera, i know you cant equate pill dose to patches but does anyone know if 100 patch is massively higher in oestrogen than femoston 2mg? as i dont want to go really high. I did try utrogestan which made me feel so low and dont want to try mirena as i have suffered from depression in the past and cant risk it affecting me that way.

Any thoughts would be greatly welcomed, x.

Hi! can't help. Sorry.  Have you put the product names into the search box? Or maybe go to a local Pharmacist they have private rooms these days.

Hi Femoston 2/10 is roughly equivalent to a 50 patch x
