Yep.
It starts on my left arm. Intense itching where I had the BCG Inj at age 13.
Then my throat begins to feel dry followed by nausea = anxiety
Until the cold breaks I feel generally rotten. Anxiety worse if we are due anywhere >:(
The body is using energy to fight The Germ so may that's why it's 'feed a cold, starve a fever'?
How's your diet? Graze. Lots of treats, i.e. rice pudding - easy to eat. Keep fluids up and take pain relief as necessary.
:foryou:

Thanks CLKD,
A cold just sets everything off, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, (probably due to the foggy head and not thinking straight), low mood and upset tum. Went out for a bit today as I was getting cabin fever as I've been stuck in for 3 day days!
Hopefully it'll start to go soon xXx

The Germ is fighting against your immune system. Feet up, plenty of fluids and gentle exercise as the body feels better.
