Title: Taking HRT for 5 years... suddenly have sore legs
Post by: TraceyTracey on July 05, 2019, 06:10:01 AM
I can't get comfy. They are sore and stiff in the muscles when sitting on the sofa or lying down in bed in both legs equally.  Its not keeping me awake though.  I am healthly, perhaps could lose 7 lbs, I do weight training, but have not been for over a week so it's not down to exercise.    I eat pretty healthy, I have been trying to gain muscle and it's working against all odds at 48 yrs.

I am not noticing my legs at work though, I do sit due to working in an office and try to move around when I can.  I do 10 to 15 thousand steps a day.

I am on Estrogen patches and have the Merina fitted.

Is this common.

Thanks.

I started taking Turmeric high concentration tablets (good for inflammation). I have had an ongoing (R) knee pain for a few months now & over the last week have not had any pain from it, don't think it's a coincidence although I have had a change in HRT regime 3 weeks ago & sleeping better the last 3 nights.

I have started a magnesium supplement and will report back on how things go - thank you.
