Hi Everyone. I'm new here and so glad I found this site! :)
I am 47 and haven't had a period for about a year so guess I am perimenopause?
To be honest, my symptoms haven't been that bad apart from brain fog, the occasional blushing, and sleep issues.
I have been taking Evorel Sequi for one week, and apart from a stomach in the first few days I am generally feeling more ‘normal' again.
Although I have been sleeping really well, I always have a slight drowsy feeling, particularly when I first wake up.
I was just wondering if I should cut the patches in half? Or stick with it and see if things improve?

Hi,
It is all tail and error. Most people on here feel about 6 weeks is a good crack. I am much less tolerant ! And swap/alter as soon as feel ‘dodgy' . If you cut the patch in half on the next one and you feel better- bingo, if you feel worse go back to a whole and see.

Hi Sleepy123
If you haven't had a period for 12 months and you've gone a full 12 months, then your classed as post meno.
Just thought I'd let you know, and good luck.

Ah thanks Jillydoll. I wasn't sure if I was peri, post, or somewhere in the middle.
I didn't have a period for 12 months, then had 3 within 2 months, not had one for over 4 months now.
So much new information to take in! :-\
