Title: Low mood changing from femosten2/10 to femostenconti

I was advised that you ave to change from Femosten 2/10 to femosten continue after 55it is continuous but lower oestrogen I feel tearful again and like I'm loosing my confidence . Has anyone experienced this or could advise me please :'(

Hi you don't have to change. The Femoston Conti has less oestrogen, so that's probably why you are feeling like you are xx
