Title: Nutrition, Fat Cells and Hormones.
Post by: Kathleen on June 23, 2019, 06:58:41 PM
Hello ladies.

I saw an interview with an American doctor explaining her studies on fat cells and I wondered if any ladies would be interested.

By painlessly removing and studying fat cells she can work out what that person ate in the previous four to six weeks, in other words  cell composition changes with our diet and presumably these changes affect the way the cell behaves. I wonder if this means that any supplements we take or different foods we eat would need about four to six weeks to achieve a full impact  and perhaps this applies to medication and HRT as well?

I think it would be easier to work out which treatments were successful and which were not if we  had a realistic time frame to look for improvements.

Just a thought ladies,  something to ponder maybe.

Wishing you all well.

K.
