Title: Estrogel gel

Hi ladies just me again
I'm wondering if anyone who uses the gel can help me
I'm on holidays at the minute just arrived 3days ago been using the gel in morning an hour before I put sun cream on but last night I'm up most of the night with anxiety through the roof
I'm wondering is the sun cream blocking the gel from absorbing into my skin ?
Haven't had anxiety this bad from I started using the gel

Can any if yous let me know where yous use the gel while on holidays ?
Yesterday I putit in my lower back in the morning and arms last night

Hi when I was on holiday a few weeks ago I put the gel on my lower abdomen late afternoon / early evening . I don’t use suncream there as I wear a costume. I usually put it on in a morning. It worked fine for me xx

Thank you for getting back to me , I'm so silly I didn't think of putting it there I've just rubbed it into my inner arms about 15 mins ago so definitely tomorrow morning il be putting lower tummy ..
it might have nothing to do it with but it's strange how I've not had the high anxiety for a while now it's back again only thing I can think of  is the sun cream effecting it ..
