I've got my Oestradiol results as 92pmol/L and Progesterone results as 3nmol/L.
Is there too much Oestradiol in relation to Progesterone? The Gp I saw today didn't know what the blood results meant meant and said wait for the Gp who specialises in menopause next week.
I am on Oestrogel 2 pumps per day and my Utrogestan 100mgs is down to 1 at night.
I have barely slept more than 3-4 hrs for the last 10 days. When I was on Utrogestan 3 x100mgs at night I was only waking twice a night.
I have tried Nytol but it makes me spaced and I can't drive!
I am so tired and have had a splitting head the last 2 days.
Any light on blood results would be welcomed. Thanks so much
My main menopausal symptom is Insomnia

I'm not an expert GJP but I'm sure I've read on here oestrogen should be at least 250 to protect bones. Your reading seems very low. I don't know about progesterone but 3 x 100mgs seems rather a lot and I'm wondering if the balance is out of whack x
