Title: Does this sound like a migraine?

Just been round at a friends house and suddenly came over very hot (sweaty hot like a flush), clammy and faint. I needed to go to the loo (ASAP 🙄) and the feeling passed with a lie down and cold water.
After the ‘episode ‘ I felt headachey and sinuses felt (and still feel) painful.
I've felt low in mood and not been sleeping well with night sweats etc and found it hard to concentrate this week.
I'm convinced it was some sort of migraine but have only had the ocular type before so not sure?
Does it sound familiar to anyone?

Possibly migraine, lizzog, but it does sound like a panic attack, especially as you have been experiencing low mood.

No I've had panic attacks before and this was very different. I've also felt a bit spaced out and now feel very tired and headachey

Sounds like viral to me, was you sick or diarrhoea?

I needed to go ASAP but was loose stools. Stomach feeling ok.
Just had a sleep for an hour as feel
Washed out so will see how I go.

Just done a little research as it sounds what my Mum used to call a 'bilious attack'.  Apparently it is a type of migraine.

Ooh thanks. Wonder what they call them now? My neighbour (in her 90s) used to say that!

My Gran used to have  a bilious attack if she ate something that she was allergic to, pork would make her sick, headache, seeing little stars etc. I think that was they
called  migraine then.

Ahh I see. I've got up now and still feel washed out but have sinus pressure on my face by the side of my nose.

It started with a flush and dash to the loo + dehydration = headache, weak legs, needing to lie down

Yep! I've not been myself for two weeks and def had a big drop in oestrogen.

Don't some people have sinus headaches?
Sounds like one thing lead to another, leaving you with a headache.
I always feel washed out, no energy, after a migraine...
They're the pits!

Sinus headaches are the PITS  :'(.  Across the forehead and under the eyes, when I bent forwards it was like being hung over without having partaken  >:(  :-\

I had sinusitis once.....😱
Woke up and felt like my right eye had been punched by Mike Tyson! 😳
It felt like it had swollen up, but when I looked in the mirror, it hadn't...
Antibiotics for a week...😟
