Title: PMT/PMDD/post menstrual syndrome
Post by: Nik2502 on May 27, 2019, 07:04:20 PM
Evening

I was just wondering if any other ladies suffered with pre/post menstrual disorders prior to menopause?

I've always suffered really bad post menstrual syndrome (lesser known that pre menstrual syndrome) and now the menopause is horrendous. Severe anxiety and low mood being the main symptoms as well as hot flushes and night sweats.

On Evorel 75 and struggling to find a progesterone that suits.

Anyone else suffered too?

YEP!  The National Association for Pre-menstrual Syndrome suggested eating every 3 hours, 24/7.  12/52.

Maybe put the product name into the search box and see what pops up? Make notes?

Let us know how you get on.  HORMONES  >:(

Keeping a mood/symptom/food diary may be useful?

I'm so sensitive to any hormone changes so I think keeping a diary is a great idea. Thank you.
